Guy Matsuda Porcelain Donburi - Celadon Glaze

Guy Matsuda’s celadon donburi bowls are wheel-thrown from porcelain and gas-fired to bring out soft hues and subtle surfaces. Each piece is coated in a pale green celadon glaze—one smooth and milky, the other accented with delicate chatter marks that catch the light. Both bowls measure 3” high with a 6” rim and 3” foot—ideal for rice dishes, ramen, or morning yogurt.

Guy Matsudaによる青磁のどんぶり鉢。磁器を轆轤成形し、ガス窯で焼成。ひとつはやわらかな乳白がかった青磁釉、もうひとつは繊細なチャターマークが刻まれた表情豊かな一品。どちらも高さ約7.5cm、口径約15cm、底径約7.5cmで、ご飯もの、麺類、朝のヨーグルトなどに最適なサイズです。
