Quiet and composed, this kadaoge plate by Juli Kirk evokes the early brightness of a spring field—soft green slip burnished to a gentle glow, grounded by a wash of bluish gray along the lower edge. In the lower right, a red square marks the surface with quiet intention, like a boundary, a seed, or a sign.
