Every piece is composed with deep care and attention to color, pattern, and texture. Sabinando’s practice is rooted in the Mingei ideal of 用の美 (yo no bi)—the “beauty of use.” Her work celebrates the unadorned grace of functional forms, the joy of handwork, and the deep resonance of simple, lived beauty.The wallets are designed to offer quiet surprises when opened, with unexpected juxtapositions of inner and outer fabrics.
