Originally conceived by Ayumi Nojiri as a chopstick rest, this hand-built stoneware form also finds an elegant life as a card holder for business cards, place cards, photographs, or small notes. Its sculptural silhouette and softly rounded geometry make it as much an object of quiet contemplation as it is a practical accessory.

The rich matte black glaze accentuates the subtle planes and gentle asymmetry created through Ayumi's hand-building process. Small enough for a desk, entryway, or dining table, it brings a thoughtful handmade presence to everyday moments.
