Brandon Hale Lidded Carafe

This lidded carafe by Brandon Hale is wheel thrown from wild clay and finished with a black slip beneath a subtle ash glaze. Electric firing creates a quiet, atmospheric surface of charcoal, warm brown, and soft gray, with natural variation that invites close attention rather than demanding it.

Its compact form recalls traditional sake bottles while remaining wonderfully versatile. Use it for sake, cream, maple syrup, olive oil, or simply as a small vessel on the table.
