Brandon Hale Nezumi & Ash Hexagonal Dish

This small hexagonal dish by Brandon Hale combines a shallow interior with gently raised, irregular edges. Handbuilt from wild clay and wood-fired with nezumi and ash, its surface moves between smoky gray, warm cream, and earthy brown. Fine speckling, scattered pale spots, and variations in the glaze give the dish a richly textured appearance.

The six-sided shape offers a pleasing geometric structure without rigid uniformity. Just 4.5 inches across, it's well suited to serving pickles, condiments, nuts, or other small portions.
