This lifted-corner square plate by Juli Kirk invites quiet attention. A swirling wax resist motif—part gesture, part enigma—floats at the center of a pale celadon field, framed by a speckled green glaze and softly rising corners. The form is tactile, sculptural, and generous, suited for pastas, salads, or composed desserts. The foot is boldly cut and left raw, revealing the depth and color of the clay beneath.
