These donburi bowls by Guy Matsuda are glazed in wood ash and gas fired, with lively chatter marks circling the interior and exterior. The glaze pools and breaks over the rhythmic surface, revealing soft creams, pale golds, and warm beige tones shaped by flame and tool alike. Wheel-thrown and similar in size and proportion, each bowl is unique, with minor variations that reflect the natural flow of making. ガイ・マツダによるこの丼鉢は、木灰釉を施し、ガス窯で焼成された作品です。内外に施されたチャターマーク（装飾的な削り跡）の上を釉薬が流れ、リズミカルな質感の上に、柔らかなクリーム色、淡い金、温かなベージュが重なり合い、炎と道具の動きが器の表情をかたちづくっています。ろくろ成形によって作られた2点は、サイズと形はほぼ同じですが、焼成の自然な変化により、それぞれ異なる表情を持っています。丼物やそば、ラーメン、果物や雑穀の盛り付けにもぴったりです。食品使用可、電子レンジ・食洗機対応。
