Juli Kirk Stoneware Mug with Terra Sigillata and Slip

This stoneware mug by Juli Kirk brings together a soft, rounded form and richly layered surface. The gently swelling body sits comfortably in the hand, while the rim carries a subtle irregularity that reflects the natural movement of the clay. Layers of terra sigillata and slip create warm tones ranging from honey and cream to soft russet, with small speckles and flowing marks that give the surface depth and variation.
