Brandon Hale Cake Plate

This cake plate by Brandon Hale is wheel thrown from wild clay, then finished with a white slip, clear glaze, and subtle traces of wood ash before being electric fired. The result is a soft, pale surface with gentle tonal variation, where material and process remain quietly visible.
