Thrown by Andy Vlock from porcelain and glazed with a blend of ash, elm ash, and iron oxide, this wood-fired jar glows with quiet complexity. The layered minerals bloom into soft greens, russets, and smoky grays, echoing the shifting heat of the kiln. 磁器で成形し、灰釉・ニレ灰釉・酸化鉄を重ねて薪窯で焼成したアンディ・ヴロックの塩壺。炎の熱によって釉薬が溶け合い、淡い緑や赤褐色、煙のような灰色が生まれます。塩や香辛料を入れるのはもちろん、小さな彫刻のようにそのまま飾っても美しい器。
