Silene DeCiucies Wood-Fired Shoyuzara with Cobalt

Handcrafted by Vermont potter Silene DeCiucies, these wood-fired shoyuzara (small dishes) are full of lively movement. Feldspar and wood ash melt across the surface, while hand-brushed cobalt markings bring playful accents of blue. Measuring about 2” high, with rims between 4–5” and a 2” foot, each dish shows its own balance of fire, slip, and brushwork. Ideal for soy sauce, condiments, or small bites. Food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.
