Brandon Hale Large Stoneware Jug

This tall jug by Brandon Hale is wheel-thrown from stoneware clay, layered in black slip, and coated with a clear glaze that pools and breaks across the surface. Electric fired, it carries a quiet sheen and strong silhouette. Despite its size, the form is balanced and fluid—wide through the body and narrowing to a slender spout that pours with ease.
