This large kyuusu teapot by Brandon Hale is wheel thrown from Lizella clay and electric fired, leaving the exterior unglazed to highlight the clay’s natural texture and warmth. The surface has a soft, matte feel, with subtle tonal variation that reflects both the material and the firing process.
