Josh Kopin Moon Dust Donburi Bowl

Thrown by hand and glazed in a luminous white shino, this donburi bowl by Josh Kopin carries the hush of moonlight and the quiet complexity of carbon trapping. The surface gently crackles, catching light in a network of translucent lines that shimmer like distant constellations. Pooled glaze at the foot reveals warm flashes of the red clay beneath. Each bowl is subtly different, with variations in glaze flow, height, and curvature that reflect the living nature of Josh’s practice. Ideal for rice, noodles, or generous servings of vegetables and broth.
