Juli Kirk Textured Serving Bowl with Kintsugi Repair

Handbuilt serving bowl by Juli Kirk, electric fired, with a softly irregular oval form. The surface is quiet and matte, marked by subtle, swirling impressions that move across the interior like traces of gesture—barely raised, catching light more than asserting themselves.

A kintsugi repair runs through the bowl, crossing the interior and edge. It is present without emphasis, a natural continuation in the life of the piece rather than a point of focus.

Light in appearance but generous in scale, the bowl sits easily at the center of a table—well suited for shared dishes, fruit, or as a simple, contemplative object.

Food safe, microwave safe, dishwasher safe.

手びねりで制作され、電気窯で焼成されたジュリ・カークのサービングボウル。やや楕円形の柔らかなかたちを持ち、マットな白い表面には、渦を描くような繊細なテクスチャーが広がります。光を受けて静かに浮かび上がるような表情です。

器の内側から縁にかけて金継ぎによる修復が施されており、強調されることなく、自然な時間の連なりとして存在しています。

軽やかな印象でありながら十分な大きさがあり、盛り皿やフルーツボウルとして、また静かな存在感をもつ器としてもお使いいただけます。
